Welcome to Future Majority's Hiring Hub!
Who we are
Future Majority builds political power so that youth issues — like climate change — top every politicians’ and parties’ list of priorities.
Our team is made up of organizers, fundraisers, and communicators of all backgrounds, but what we all share is a passion for connecting with people, a love for youth engagement, and the will to make a positive change in our country. We are always looking for our next great addition. Interested in joining us? Check out all our current opportunities here.
What we do
Organizing is our bread and butter — and we use cutting edge voting mobilization tactics to get young people to the polls. Our formula for positive change is simple. When more young people vote, politicians will prioritize youth priorities because that's how democracies work.
How do we do ? It all starts with a conversation.
We engage unlikely voters by having conversations about the issues that matter most to them — affordability and cost of living, climate change, racial justice, and mental health. Then, by layering tactics, including on-the-ground canvassing, digital events, meetings with politicians, and media engagements, we mobilize these young voters to the polls! Learn about our efforts during the 2021 federal election below.

How we hire
We are looking for the best and brightest in their field. Our interview process is simple and fair. Here’s how it works.
When we begin hiring for new roles, we reach out to underrepresented communities and ensure they are represented at every stage of our hiring process. To ensure individuals of all backgrounds can access employment opportunities, our salaries are on par with, or exceed that of, organizations in the same sector. Each and every full-time employee receives generous benefits and vacation time.
We read through every resume and cover letter we receive, and then bring in qualified candidates for a first round interview. Those who pass the first round will be asked to complete an assignment — and of course, we’ll pay you for your time. Then, we’ll host a final round of interviews and make a decision about folks’ candidacy!
During every step of the process, our HR team employs anti-bias mechanisms, like structured questionnaire and evaluative criteria, to ensure that candidates’ resumes, cover letters, and interviews are examined objectively. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, and strongly encourage women, people of colour, people with disabilities, immigrants, refugees, and LGBTQ2+ people to apply.
